Our free helpline is available from 9 am to 7 pm. Calls will be answered between 5pm and 7pm. At other times, a message can be left and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

The helpline is staffed by volunteers with knowledge of the rural community, who have lived and worked in Kent for many years. They have access to a wide range of information, which can be provided by telephone, e-mail or post. If you prefer, you can access our database via our website.
