RABI is a farming charity, which provides welfare advice, care and financial provision to people who find themselves in times of hardship or distress.

This was set up as the Church's response to the Foot and Mouth outbreak in 2001. It administers grants and provides affordable rural housing for those who are or who have been involved in the farming industry.
Farm Crisis Network - www.farmcrisisnetwork.org.uk
Farm Crisis Network (FCN) provides pastoral and practical support to farming people during periods of anxiety, stress and problems relating to both the farm household and the farm business. FCN has over 250 volunteers across the country and works closely with RABI as part of the Farming Help Partnership.

The Kent Showground is the home of the Kent County Agricultural Society, organisers of the Kent County Show.
Canterbury Farmers' Club - www.canterburyfarmersclub.org.uk
The Canterbury Farmers' Club was formed in January 1793 and may well be the oldest farmers' club in the country.
Its objectives are to stimulate understanding and discussion between those with an interest in agriculture or rural affairs.
Today it has a membership of around 350 from a wide area in Kent, and whilst the majority earn their livelihood from farming the land there is a significant proportion of members who are involved in the allied professions (the law, land agency, agronomy, education, accountancy, etc).
